Remedies for Hair Loss ?
The biggest problem we girls face everyday is hairfall ? I have been requested to post remedies to control hair fall …so here it is ??
Reasons for hair loss:
Normally we lose about 80-100 strands daily due to the end of life cycle of a hair strand. But when you see an abnormal loss of hair that is when you should start taking measures to stop this.
Hair fall may be because of hormonal changes, unhealthy lifestyle, junk food, Physical and emotional stress, medication, vitamins deficiency, pollution, thyroid problems, menopause,over styling,aging,anemia etc.
Home Remedies :
I am going to tell you guys,how you can control hair loss by using these simple items that you can find in the kitchen or your garden ??
It might sound weird ,but it actually works. Onion has antibacterial properties, which can eliminate the bacteria that can cause scalp infections.
Grate the onion to extract the juice and apply it on your scalp with a cotton ball. Leave your hair undisturbed for 30 minutes,after which you can rinse with cold water and shampoo as usual ?
You can repeat this 2-3 times a week
Be careful while applying onion juice to your hair, you do not want it to get in to your eyes ?
My grandmother used to make this oil for me and it works like a miracle .
Hibiscus contains vitamin C, phosphorous, and riboflavin, the essential nutrients for smooth and strong hair.
Go to your garden and pluck around 10 hibiscus flowers. Add these flowers to the coconut oil and heat the mixture till the flowers are charred.Now strain the mixture and collect the oil.
Apply this oil to your hair every night and you can wash it off in the morning.
Potatoes contain potassium, vitamin C, and iron, all of which are vital for maintaining hair health.
To a cup of potato juice,add 1 tea spoon of honey and 1 tea spoon of water.Mix well and apply this mixture to the scalp and hair and leave it for 30 minutes .Rinse with cold water and shampoo as usual.
You can do this once a week and you will witness amazing results .
Coriander is known to make your hair soft and prevents hair loss,
Take a cup of freshly chopped coriander leaves. Grind the coriander leaves and mix them with water to form a paste. Extract the juice from the paste and apply it to the scalp and hair .
Leave it undisturbed for an hour, and then shampoo as usual.
You can try out this remedy twice or thrice a week.
Lemons are excellent astringents. They tighten the pores in your scalp, thereby controlling hair fall.
Add about 1/4 cup of lemon juice to warm water. After you have washed your hair in the shower, gently pour the mixture over your scalp, massaging it into your scalp at the same time.Leave the mixture on your hair for 5 minutes and wash it off with cold water.
You can try this remedy one or twice a week.
Eggs are a rich source of protein, and B vitamins and essential nutrients for optimum hair health.
Take 2 eggs and separate the egg white from the yolk. Mix the egg white thoroughly to get a thick consistency. Using a dye brush apply this mixture to the scalp and hair. Leave it undisturbed for 20 minutes and then rinse with cold water and shampoo as usual .
Repeat the remedy thrice a week for strong healthy hair.
Aloe Vera plays a crucial role in balancing the pH levels of the scalp and hair.
Extract aloe vera pulp from the leaf and rub in to your hair and massage in circular motions.
Leave it undisturbed for 15 minutes and rinse with cold water.
Repeat the process thrice a week.
Methi and curd :
This is my favorite remedy of all time ?
Methi seeds enhance hair growth and help in the rebuilding of the hair follicles and curd makes your hair soft and shiny.
Soak a cup of methi seeds in water overnight.
The next morning, grind the seeds and make a paste .Add this paste to a cup of curd.
Apply this mixture to your hair, from the root to tip, and cover with a shower cap. Leave your hair undisturbed for about 40 minutes, and then rinse using cold water.
You can follow this remedy once a week.
